1. Acceptance

By accessing and using my wAIfu you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

2. Minimum age

The service is restricted to people aged 18 or over. It features an adult-themed character and links to adult live cam platforms. By using it you declare that you are of legal age under the laws of your country.

3. What the service is

my wAIfu is entertainment. The character you talk to is fictional and generated by an artificial intelligence model: she is not a real person, has no consciousness, and is not in a real relationship with you.

Her replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, inconsistent or inappropriate. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and must not be used to make important decisions. If you are in emotional distress, please contact a professional or your local emergency services.

The service is provided free of charge and as it currently stands. We may change, suspend or withdraw any feature at any time, including the availability of outfits, gestures, voice, or the service as a whole.

4. Acceptable use

When using my wAIfu you agree not to:

• Attempt to generate sexual content involving minors, abuse content, real violence, or any unlawful material.
• Impersonate real people or ask the character to imitate them.
• Enter third parties' personal data, credentials, financial information or any sensitive data.
• Automate access, perform bulk scraping, overload the infrastructure or circumvent usage limits.
• Decompile, resell or commercially exploit the service or its content.

We may block access for anyone breaching these terms, without prior notice and without any right to compensation.

5. Generated content and captures

Images you download through the save feature carry a watermark and are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. No ownership of the characters, animations or brand is transferred to you.

You remain responsible for how you use those images, including publishing them on social media.

6. Intellectual property

The “my wAIfu” brand, the site design, the characters, the videos and all other content are protected by intellectual and industrial property law and belong to their respective owners or licensors. No licence is granted beyond personal use of the service.

7. Third-party links and advertising

The chat periodically shows recommendations from live cam platforms, clearly labelled as advertising. These are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you sign up or purchase at the destination.

Those sites are independent and governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We neither control nor answer for their content, pricing or practices.

8. Email and communications

If you leave your email address, we will use it to send you your download, notify you when the app launches, and share product news. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link included in every message. The processing is described in our privacy policy.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. It depends on external providers (AI model, CDN, hosting) whose incidents may affect it.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or for the content generated by the model. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, nor the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date. Continued use of the service after a change implies acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
